I have refilled my EOI profile 2nd time consecutively. My CRS score is 316.
My question is: Is there any chance that a Canadian Company will offer me a job as I am still in India?
PNP is my last option.

Depends upon your job profile and experience, but unless you have some really niche and in demand skills, no, the Canadian employers will prefer those who are already PR.
