need help ECA for WES - Himachal University India

Want to have my transcripts to send them over to WES for assessment. Also want to know if WES is treating masters degree in commerce as bachelors degree only? Very confused will that hamper my overall scoring

M.Com from India is considered Post Graduate Diploma in WES.

119 with spouse and 128 without spouse. This is more than Bachelors. Basically 7 points less than Masters.
