Second time applying for Canada PR

I applied back in May 2018. My application was cancelled after 10 days due to being incomplete. Now I'm filling another EE profile.

What should be the answer to these questions:

• Has XXXX applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before?
• Has XXXX applied for Permanent Residence (PR) before?
• Please provide the Permanent Residence (PR) file number
• If XXXX has a Unique Client Identifier (UCI) please enter it below

I answered YES to first two questions, entered Application Number and UCI from previously cancelled application. Correct?

What did you forget to include in your application that it was rejected ?

It was not rejected, it was "cancelled". These two are vastly different in CIC world. For several documents, I only sent out the translation, not the originals. I forgot to attach the original because translation had a "copy conforms to original" version. A dumb mistake that took 2+ months of my life.

Mine instead of second question, asks if I applied under EE? Why the questions are different?
