Hi,
I am a primary applicant. I have received an ITA on 12th of July with the CRS of 469. My wife happens to be a secondary applicant. I have been working in my present organisation since past 6 years and this also happens to be my first company to work with.
My organisation will not provide me with the work reference letter so instead I will be submitting the following documents. I need your help to review these documents if they will suffice or not-
1. Noterised reference letters from two colleagues along with their id cards. The contents of this reference letter will be exactly like that required by the IRCC.
2. Company' bonafide certificate (on company letterhead) specifying DOJ and role.
3. Pay stubs
4. Appointment letter, joining letter, compensation lette, promotion letter.
Please let me know if this documents will be enough or not.
