I submitted my study permit application on May 30th and I am still waiting to hear back. Has anyone already heard back or moved a step further?

When were your medicals cleared?
Mine says no medicals required however, I had done it upfront just incase to avoid any delays.

No i’m not. I sent a case inquiry and when they replied they told me it is processed in thw canadian embassy in Ankara

Congrats!! Status changed on Sunday!? This is good sign. Hey question - we don’t need medical if applying from USA and haven’t left country in 1 year right?

I thought so too but I did it upfront just incase and also I was in Kenya last winter break so didn't wanna take chances.
If they require you to do it, they will let you know but this will just make the process slower.

Congrats! I have honestly no idea about medicals since I don’t have to do this, but isn’t that usually a good sign that they passed?
