Mine got changed. My 3rd line was medical results have been received which now moved to 4th position and 3rd is same as yours. Did you already have 4 lines before it changed to decision made?

I got my DM & Pre-arrival today, and got a 5th line added to ecas. - Sep 6 Applicant
Any idea whats going on? When can I expect PPR??

It was added to mine like a month and half ago.

Ohhh... i hope they dont take foreever to send me passport request as i just got that line added. Worried. And some people have 5th line as well. Do you know what it is?

Can you paste in your ECAS status here? I am interested in knowing what is the fifth line.

2. We started processing your app...
3. We sent you correspondence on Oct 24, 2017..
4.We sent you medical instructions on Oct 25, 2017...
5. Medical results have been received.

the line that says "we sent you medical instructions" that was added today after DM and pre-arrival

Application type: Spousal Sponsorship
Applicant: Citizen of India currently residing in USA on a visitor visa since almost 6 months
Applied: 2017, July 31st.
Sponsor: In Canada working full time (B.C.)

Updates as of GCMS notes update on May 25th:
Medical = Passed, Eligibility: Recommended Passed, Criminality = Passed AND Security = NOT started.

Checking through forum got to know that applicants applied in 2017,August and September already receiving PPR's but not sure what's going on with this application.

Options we know: To put up a MP Inquiry if at all we don't hear anything after 12 months of processing times ( which is end of this month) OR submit a web inquiry which is month time to process.

Checking through email (all folders) everyday if in case IRCC requests any additional but NO requests.

Question: Could anyone relate to this situation and post thoughts and suggestions what are other options we have ?

The options you mentioned are the ones that I am aware of. Though for MP inquiry, you can actually go ahead and do now (before the 12 months period). I have seen some doing on many other threads before 12 months. Web form inquiry is generally useless!
