If you got L 8, R 7, S 7, W 7
then you can get PR. Your age and experience should also be good.

Listening 8 in ielts corresponds to cbl 9
7 in other modules corresponds to cbl9.
U will get a massive boost in your crs score if u can score all cbl 9s

Depends on your overall CRS. If it's within the biweekly range then yes it's good enough
