IP University transcript

Hi all,
Just wanted a clarification with regards to transcripts I got from IP University.
Is it just the one sheet inside a sealed envelope which is the transcript?
Is this enough to get my bachelors evaluated by Wes?

it should be in a sealed envelope. Request your university for that. Degree transcript is also required. Without sealed envelope, WES will not accept.

Thanks for confirming...also when updating the same in WES, in the name of the institution column, should i mention the university name or my college name?
