Hello,

Has anyone sent a webform inquire lately to have an idea about the time they take to respond?

I'm still in process but I just accepted a Job offer in Ottawa so I'll be moving in the next couple of weeks.

I won't be able to return to Toronto to present the test and oath so I wrote them right away to ask them what to do in my case.

I don't have permanent address there yet but I attached my new employment contract and a sublet agreement that I got for August and asked them if it was possible to use my work address to move my file to Ottawa.

Does anyone of you have any similar experience of know about any case?

anybody knows how to read the AITP? how do I know if my bg check is done or not, this is the only peace left for me to get oath invite. Right
now everything is passed except security is blank. Can some one help?

literally on the same boat. Applied Oct 27th, IP in Jan 14th. Haven't heard ANYTHING since then!

I know two different individuals who live less than 5 blocks away from me, they both applied in late December, one of them had his Oath yesterday, other one is still waiting for the oath.

How is it fair that a person who applied 2 months after me who is from the exact same area is a citizen while I still haven't even received a test invite!

Well....exactly same thing happening...people applied after me getting tests and oath invites...it's kind of frustrating...n then I sometimes wonder if there was anything wrong with my application which is causing this delay? But then I try to be patient and try to tell myself that it can come anytime soon...have ordered gcms notes few weeks back...will get it after couple of weeks...let's see what it says....Good luck and happy waiting to you too

Security results are redacted from the GCMS notes. Typically blank space means it completed. What does your ECAS show ? If it shows "Decision Made" then your application completed processing and is just in queue for oath scheduling.

Hello,

I completed my oath ceremony yesterday on 18th July in Scarborough. The whole thing took approximately 75-85 minutes, not including taking pictures after the ceremony with the judge (i did not stay back as i had to leave).

Assuming Security is indeed complete, then I'm not sure if there is much else to check in the notes. Does it say anything like "oath ready" ?

nothing just under paper filer location : expo decision ready pending clearnaces which I think was updated from the agent on my interview day
