1. CIC received application for permanent residence on April 14, 2017.
2. Acknowledging receipt of application on October 28, 2017.
3. Started processing application on October 29, 2017.
4. Police verification correspondence on October 5, 2017
5. Medical done on December 10, 2017
6. Correspondence Additional documents on April 7, 2018.
7. Correspondence for passport submission on June 12, 2018.

you cant upload until you get the request through gckey... you can try and upload through IRCC web form, but those days 10+ business days to hear a response.

Not yet, my spouse has got visa June 20 & we plan to go england afterthat will back Canada.

Don't worry, my application has taken almost 14months to get Visa.
What we have done is always email to CIC regarding our worried. U may do the same.

We have consultant .. if you take medical did they have chance to refuse our application?

Medical is the part of immigration process & u will get update regarding ur medical result on ur web portal. If u don't have major problem, no chance to refuse. Also medical officer will give treatment if they got problem & after certain time u will do again medical but it depends on ur medical officer
