For me , It was deliverd to 365 Laurier and was signed by ROZIDO

My package was also signed by R.ROZIDO but it was redirected to and delivered at 2303 Stevenage address. I sent it to 365 Laurier Ave West.

Thank you - I called them and they said they didnt receive passport yet but Fedex already delivered it. Dont know whats happpening

They might have these packages not opened or opened in first come first serve basis. Don't worry. I didn't call CIC but I'm also at same timeline

Thanks... I too thought the same - probably they must have not opened it yet and I am not sure what all information CIC agents have access to.

ECAS I guess is only for applicants living within Canada. For all FSW Outland - the only source to monitor seems through GC Key.
