Difference between "WES standard application" and "ECA application for IRCC"?

Can anyone help to describe difference between "WES standard application" and "ECA application for IRCC" for Canada express entry ECA.

Expert, if I reciept Immigration Visa then should my dependent (my wife) apply for standard or IRCC Wes? Just in case she would need her certificate valid in Canada.

I have received PR and now looking to move to Canada in next 3-4 months. I have query regarding spouse degree Evaluation.

Can you please help:

1. Do employers need assessment of spouse's degree?
2. If I need to do this, what option should I select on WES site - Standard or IRCC one?
