Proof of work experience footer instead of header

Our official work documents have a header that contains only the name of the company and all of the other information are on the footer, will this be acceptable for CIC ?

Also the person in charge of our human resources is the administrative affairs directors, all the paper are signed by her, is it enough ? here stamp state "Administrative and financial affairs director" is this also correct for CIC ? thanks.
