2 or more degree and diploma

Background:
This is my first post.
I have done 4 years b.tech in IT
I have been working for 2 years for now.
I also have real brother in Canada.

Question:
Now, to increase my points I am planning to take admission in 1 year PG diploma in computer application (PGDCA).

1. Is it legitimate persue full time course with Full time job?
2. Do I need to show professional experience in some specific format like showing that I did night shift or something else to justify legitimacy my course.
3. Is it good idea to do 1 year PGDCA? Will it considered under 2 degree or diploma?

1. Diploma can be distance education or correspondence. Its valid.
2. In the form of reference letter. Following is the format:

3. Yes, it is a good idea. Go for Diploma in Management, no classes, no practical only theory.

So I have a bachelor's of Commerce which is evaluated by WES as 4 years Canadian bachelors degree.

Now I am planning on completing a certificate or diploma for 1 year or 8 months in canada, however some people are suggesting me that I can not claim points for 2 or more certificates .
Reason - Most 1 year certificate or diploma's are done post 12th grade in canada.

I am being told to do a post baccalaureate diploma or advanced diploma which are having a requirement of a minimum degree with duration ranging 2 to 3 years.

I am confused if this is true ? because in express entry it asks to entry the highest degree first.
