WES ECA Certificate Translation

Hey guys, quick question.. my college certificatess are written in both French and Arabic, same information in both language (see below).

Do I still need to translate them into French or English? If yes, does WES care if the translator is certificate from the government or any professional organization?

The certificate in that image is enough. No need to translate this.
