EXPRESS ENTRY without Accompanying WIFE!!!

Hi guys,
Iam married since 1 year. And she is about to give me divorce. So if I enter EXPRESS entry form as married with non Accompanying wife will it reduce my points?

Any other details I have to give about my wife?
Because I cant ask anything to her!! She won't do anything in favour of me. Help me guys. I should know this too before i start the procedure!

It will actually increase your points. You will have to provide documents and details for your wife in any case (accompanying or not).

If you have filed a Divorce case in court, then acknowledgment letter from Court is required.
