Me and My wife are planning to immigrate to Canada, I have a question however that my wife and I we both hold a 4 year Bachelors degree in Computer engineering and 1.5 years Masters Degree in Project Management (Myself) from Australia and w years Masters Degree in Software Engineering (My wife). So do we have to get all 4 of our degrees assessed with the ECA for our case to be strong or just the masters degree will suffice. I want my wife to be the primary applicant as she has more than 5 years of continuous working experience.

You can claim CRS points if you both get ECA for your education. If the age of Primary applicant is around 24-28 then ECA of husband is not required, generally.

The cost of getting your Bachelors and Masters degree is same. So it's better to get both the degree assessed. In worst case, if you Masters is considered as a PG Diploma, you can still claim points for two or more degrees, with the assessed Bachelors degree.
