Hi i am from india graduated in 2015 after that experience of one and a half year —applied study visa for diploma in fashion marketing in 2016 (refused) ielts was - 6 overall ,, applied again in 2017 (refused) ielts - 6.5 but in reading 5.5,, applying again in 2018 with 6 each 6.5 overall for MBA ... caips notes — pte scores doesnot show the evidence ,, my pte was genuine

In reading i got 5.5 and in pte 6.5 overall and 6 each so my agent sent pte scores as well as ielts scores
the applicant is 23 yr old and married since 2016. I am not acessing b/fs of marriage at this point of time .

If you sent both don't know why they rejected, but dont send PTE stick to IELTS and/or TOEFL only.
PTE is mostly for Australia and New Zealand.
Though an institution in Canada can accept your PTE score and give you admission or LoA. But, for visa purpose the CIC mostly prefer IELTS score from Asian applicants.

Yes, it is ok. But, if you can reappear and increase it to 7 or 7.5, then it would be much better.
