Yes typically study permit get extended if students are doing well in their courses and there are no large breaks. Can't imagine Canada West gives anyone bad marks so you should be ok if they overlook your grades at UBC. I know you are using your studies for immigration purposes but want to reinforce that this MBA will not lead to job opportunities like an MBA at other universities like UBC. I am actually puzzled as to why it does qualify for PGWP.
My grades at UBC are either 60% or more..Canada west is one f the option I am planning to meet some consultants on Monday and then finalise the option...

No 60% isn't considered a bad grade but for a masters course it is considered a bad grade. Would really sit down with your program and see if there is anyway for you to do better. UBC has a good reputation and you have one semester left.. Have you actually visited Canada west?

Many of the consultants are paid by the schools that is why many international students end up at schools that Canadians have never heard of and wouldn't consider. Canada west, royal roads and Vancouver island university are some of the big ones. There aren't that many colleges and universities in Canada especially if you want to stay in BC. You need to do a lot more of your own research and not depend on the consultant so much. Really you could do this on your own. You need to find a program that makes sense given your previous studies and work experience and that will provide more career prospects.
