Express Entry - Intended Work Location

I have an ITA with 482 points and I am claiming 50 points for Job Offer.
In My Offer Letter, location is mentioned as Montreal, Quebec with remarks as "Authorized to work at various client sites across Canada"

My employer is Toronto based.

In Express Entry application, for "intended location", Can I put employer's Toronto address and I can write an explanation letter saying Work Permit is valid for entire Canada ?
Putting Quebec address might create a chance of rejection as Visa Officer may say to apply CSQ.

My plan is finish the current assignment in Montreal and move to Toronto after getting my PR card.
Please advise.

What does the employment location on your WP doc say?

Then imho(i am not expert) you should quote Montreal in the intended location.
My employer is Oakville, ON but my office location mentioned on the WP is Concord, ON

I dont have last name in passport, what should I mention in express entry PR application form in first name and last name field as both the fields are mandatory. please answer...

Why you wanna raise an explanation letter ?
Your offer letter will be showing that your parent company is based in Toronto and you are delegated to Montreal for certain reason(which would be already part of the offer letter)... Your offer letter will also include that intended location is Montreal but you will be moving around depending on the course of your employment within Canada, right ?

Once you include the WP doc, they can figure out from the system.

I don't see the need for adding another letter. Btw have you completed 1 year on existing role on the WP ?

Not sure, but maybe leave the last name blank... My understanding is that name should be as per the national issued ID/passport.
I am just guessing here... double check with members like @scylla @DelPiero07

Yes. I have completed 1 year and 11 months with same employer on ICT in Montreal.
In Offer Letter, it is mentioned that employer is Toronto based, I am required to work for client having headquarters is in Montreal and I can work across client sites in Canada.

You mean Offer Letter ?
Well Letter I am using is the one my company have filed for Work Permit extension.
So, It says salary, job description, full time, etc.
