Transcripts for CEC express entry

I have been asked to upload Transcripts (Required) in my upload document section. I have a masters from Canada and Bachelors from USA,
my question is, are they supposed to be official transcripts? I don't have the official one from my bachelors. Should I just post the unofficial one since my
degree is conferred?

you only have to upload masters transcript since its from canada. yes it needs to be official. you need to order a transcript and upload it.
