Procedural fairness letter

In the LoA you submitted did it state the conditional nature of the LoA? Did it have all the correct info etc?
on the letter given to me to submit by the agent it stated that I had been acceptance for the programme that I applied for but it never stated the conditional aspect. The most thing that I'm finding confusing is the fact that on the day of submission I actually had the conditional loA with me in which was what I was originally submitting. For some reason the agent told me to submit the one he gave me instead of the conditional one. Really don't understand why he would do that because what the school later gave me was the conditional one that i had in the first place.
Could this be the reason why the embassy has deemed the letter to be fraudelent?
Up till now the agent is still claiming and assuring me that the letter he gave me was also from the university.
Pls judging by what I've posted on here do you think it can be resolved and that a positive outcome can come out of the procedural fairness letter since the school provided me with a letter to send to the embassy as a response to the fairness letter?

Was your application online or paper route? Since you were sent a procedural fairness letter by CIC then there is hope still for your case to be addressed if the exceeded time limit of response is/was meant

If you have responded to the fairness letter appropriately by sending the through copy of the acceptance letter, the first step of CIC processing a study permit application in "my opinion" begins with the applicant prospect DLI which by now they must have verified

The reason I asked if your application was online or offline was to know how actually you sent the cerfied copy of the acceptance letter from the school. There are specific emails cic offices outside sending them messages with the webform. Did you send it through the email the fairness letter was sent or other means?

Beware of some agents that are not interested in your application but the profits of it. If the procedural fairness letter was meant in good timely manner with the appropriate response, you will be fine just that it might take a while which can ascertain by only a VO

My application was submitted by paper route. However when responding to the fairness letter I was given an email indicated on the fairness letter as the email I was to respond to and send any documents related to the matter. It was the email provided in the fairness letter that I submitted it to. I was given 7 days to respond in which I have already done.
However it has been two weeks now from which that 7days had expired and I haven't heard anything back yet.
Currently just waiting for a response now.
I believe I was able to respond to the fairness letter well and provided them with what they needed. Don't think I could have done anymore than I've already done.

Honestly I do not think I would be making use of an agent anymore to be honest. Because I'm really confused as to what the gain would have been doing this. Really would like to find out what it was on the letter that they found fraudelent so I could get to the bottom of it.

Again please quick question shouldn't the embassy as normal proticol procedures contact the school if there is any suspicions of this kind and nature?
No. They have enough to do without having to contact people/schools/employers/etc. when people submit potential fraud documents. They issue the fairness letter and the onus is on the applicant to prove they are genuine.
