I have applied for for my parents in law on 14th June from delhi VFS with no response. Thier flights are for 17th July. Any suggestions what can I do. Should I cancel Thier flights ?

Did any of u apply via Delhi VFS ?

Always Recommend Please Don't Buy tickets or book a hotel until visa approved. my travel date is 15 July and applied on 19 may still no decision but i didn't book any hotel/ticket.

Myself and my wife applied for TRV (Paper application) on 18 June 2018 and got acknowledgement email from VAC Bangalore on 03 Jul 2018, could n't see any updates on VFS tracking page, still on same tracking result, how long will take for the approval once we receive the acknowledgement letter from VAC. I seen that the processing time is 28 days, does it count since the time we submitted at VFS?

Yess it counts from the day you submit. You should be getting your decision sometime soon.
