If you got Decision Made or a Ghost Update I'd advise you to call them. I haven't received my PPR email yet but the officer told me over the phone I was approved already but the final email might still take the full 19 months to arrive.

And yes, I agree, this Paper-Based stream is a legitimate form of torture, no one belives me when they I tell them how it works, how much it cost and how long it takes, 29 months and still waiting...

Call them again... maybe next agent can look deeply into matter because some agents are useless and they don't want to see ur application properly and just keep saying 19 months 19 months bla bla ... ur application is already approved so calling them won't hurt processing maybe it will make it faster.

I call them they said security check is not started , same thing they said 2 months ago and didn’t order GCMS notes

I check online as well still say in process and i don’t want to call because they telling same thing from last 4 months and nothing change . No idea what to do .

if you want to know what's going on, the only way is through GCMS notes.

Well it's gonna be 3 weeks since Decision Made, what they told me was exactly that: "You were approved but we reserve the right to send it under 19 months".

I have the same question!, let's share our timeline with others so they can use our reference what do you think? mine is as follows:

PPR: July 10, 2018
PPR sent: July 11, 2018 (from visa exempt country so just sent photocopy)
PPR received: July 13, 2018.

I'll update this as soon as I have more info, hope this helps
