Upfront medical exam

With only less than 40 days left for my ielts expiry I want to know the medical exam procedure. I haven’t made my profile yet and I m sure as soon as I make it I will get an ita because of my ielts score. So what should I do for medical? Shall I get it done ASAP even before making my profile.
I m actually waiting for my docs to be ready. So I want to know how medical thing works

Is it like I book an appointment with the designated panel physician, and he will provide me with some id that I later have to disclose to Cic or I can only get it done after ita?

Create profile asap, once you receive ITA your IELTS expiry date will freeze and you can easily file PR.

Medicals only after ITA.

Really appreciate your answer! But are u sure that once I receive an ita ielts will be freezed.

Isn’t the submission of eAPR that freezes ita

Once you get ITA, IELTS and Age freeze. I am 100% sure. I am a Professional.
