Hi Everyone,
I have studied in Canada for 1 year (post graduate). Having finished the program, I received 1 year of PGWP.
During that year I acquired 1520 professional hours in Canada, thus I was shy 50 hours to be at 1570 hours to be eligible for PR. My PGWP expired and I had to leave for my home country.
Right now, I have over 2000 hours of professional work, If I Include the hours I worked in Canada and hours in my home country. I took a leave of absence and I have a valid Job Offer without LMIA.
When I apply for Skilled Worked PR, should I apply my Canadian Job offer? or is it irrelevant without the LMIA? What would you do ?
I would gladly appreicate your help.
Regards,
Eugene
