You dont have to worry about that, my wife has it too. We mentioned to our doctor about it during our medicals and doctor said, its not a problem at all as its not a CIC requirement to do a thyroid test.

Hello there! Can I share my medical condition as well? I had postpartum depression and wad taking antidepressant pill during my medical exam last month and told it to the panel physician. Is it something to be worried about?

the immigration doctors you usually asks about depression during the medical exam but not sure if it will affect you.maybe it very case by case, seniors can give more inputs here.

Don't worry about it. Very common thing. I was diagnosed four years ago. I know get a blood test done every year and take medication (a small pill) every morning. The blood test is just to ensure I am in the therapeutic range. It's easy and cheap to treat as a PP pointed out, so won't be a concern.

Had my medical done recently and mentioned this medication to the doctor. It was of no concern to him.

Hi team members,
My wife has thyroid and taking medicine. It's little above from maximum. She is taking medicine. Is it advisable to say to the doctor that she is taking medicine for that. Will it be problem?

Hi I’m diagnosed with grave disease as well. Getting treatment and thyroid levels are already normal. Do I still need to declared it as yes under statutory question of have you ever suffered any serious disease?
