Hey friends,I want your experience if you have any and your insights in one case below,
One of my friends has applied on Jan 2018 ,and the time she was expecting baby ,baby
was born a month later and she has informed the sinp case officer .provided the
birth certificate and date of birth.
Now she got nominated on July 1st week and there was missing the new born baby
name.In the clause written there wouldnt be any revision in case of new baby born.
if she asks for revision how it may affect.she wonders if that may occur in delay in processing time
or cancellation of nomination and reapply again? Please share your experience and your insights .thanks a lot
asked them but they say to fill the forms before they go with the processhttps://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/immigrating-to-saskatchewan/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program/sinp-procedures-and-guidelines/revise-or-extend-an-sinp-nomination
- Revisions will not be made to the Nomination Certificate to add or remove a spouse (if married or divorced) or dependent children (if born after nomination).
Better you ask them about the solution directly to
immigration@gov.sk.ca
Better ask the question repeatedly. Every officer provide some different useful information.asked them but they say to fill the forms before they go with the process
Please can you share her timeline??Hey friends,I want your experience if you have any and your insights in one case below,

The Express Entry subcategory does not require a job offer. There is another subcategory that does require one, though, and is always open for applications...
- The International Skilled Worker – Occupations In-Demand sub-category is closed to applications at this time.
- The International Skilled Worker – Saskatchewan Express Entry sub-category is closed to applications at this time. ----- Doesnt this need valid job offer?? I saw it was open but I read except OID rest of the categories need valid job offer????? Isnt that the case???? Please clarify!
Not now. But after 16 July this rule will be applicable.Plz expert reply...only higher point get invitation?is there any chance to get invitation with 60 points??
Plz reply
Not only higher points, but other considerations would be connections to SK, work experience and language points. You will need to have at least 1 strong point about your profile to get picked.Plz expert reply...only higher point get invitation?is there any chance to get invitation with 60 points??

things are not clear at the moment, they will confirm before 16th . I guess NOC may still be there. Thanks doctor. Do we need to worry about suitable NOC is in the list or not?
Yes. No relaxation in SINP Demand list.things are not clear at the moment, they will confirm before 16th . I guess NOC may still be there.
So no chances for 60 points..sad newsNot only higher points, but other considerations would be connections to SK, work experience and language points. You will need to have at least 1 strong point about your profile to get picked.
"The SINP’s Expression of Interest selection process will use a sequence that begins by identifying those with the highest point scores. If too many candidates have the same or equal point score to meet the EOI Draw’s desired number of candidates, then further selection criteria will be applied – connections to the province; work experience; and official language ability.
To select among those with equal scores, candidates with connections to Saskatchewan will be chosen first. These are people who receive points for having a close family relative in Saskatchewan; and/or past work experience in Saskatchewan; and/or past student experience in Saskatchewan. The next selection criterion will prioritize those with the highest number of years of work experience and highest language scores. "
