Front store supervisor Noc??

Hello,
I am working in the retail store as front store supervisor, which has following duties,

Managing the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers and merchandising;

· ensure all loss prevention programs are implemented to standard;

· ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with all guidelines;

· ensures standards of housekeeping and image are maintained.

In addition to the duties, I am getting the minimum wage of $14 per hour
also, I have scored 7 in IELTS.
With all these above factors provided, can I apply for Permanent residency application under express entry?

I checked and found that I am eligible to apply under Express entry.
But my concern is the Pay which I am getting as the supervisor is $14 per hour
would it create a problem, as it is Minumum pay??

Salary is not a problem here.
