Saudi iqama and passport

I am living in saudia whereas none of documents states my passport number neither my name as passport shown in the resident id. As per general practice in KSA, the resident id contain full name of the holder and full name of either father or husband. The only thing where it could be verified and crossed check is the ministry of interior online service for visa validlity which shows the details upon filling iqama id and name. Can this be written on explanation letter or visa officer already know such tools which can bring a comfort level. Kindly guide.

for what do you need to prove iqama? I didn't find any place where they are asking IQAMA

We are receiving computerized Saudi PCC, where there is an option to ask Police official to mention your passport number on the PCC, they will consider and mention it. Sometimes they will ignore your request also saying Saudi PCC is issued based on legal Saudi ID which is Iqama and not passport.
Saudi PCC will be issued only with Iqama number and passport number is optional. Even if you do not have passport number on the Saudi PCC it does not matter and it is 100% acceptable.
Along with Saudi PCC (original +certified translation) scan , you need to submit your Iqama (original+ certified translation) scan.
Add Iqama (original+ certified translation) in Police Certificates document and also in Work Experience document. Also add you Iqama in Proof of marriage document for your dependants, if any.

I asked the lady at the police station she said Canadian govt accepts their PCC without passport number. If you are concerned you can attach your Iqama copy translated and attested along with the saudi PCC

Thanks, One more question if you can help. In some of my wife documents, her father name written along with the caste while at some places without it. Can it be possible, if her father makes an affidavit stating the "same and single person"

I am a resident of Jeddah and waiting eagerly for my ITA in coming weeks, hence i am trying to arrange the documents beforehand. I need to know few details about getting Saudi PCC for me & my spouse + Translation of mine a Iqama & PCC of both of us.

1. I got the letter from Sri Lanka consulate requesting for PCC and got this letter attested from MOFA. Does my wife also need to come to the Police station in Jeddah to apply for PCC.

2. How did you translate the documents and where? Did you get a translator's affidavit for the translations? or chamber of commerce or MOFA attestation would suffice?

Please clarify me on the above queries based on your knowledge and experience.

1. your wife needs to go to police station and she will be directed to the ladies section and you will be asked to sit in the male waiting area.
2. translation of the Saudi PCC can be translated at any certified translator there are many on Madinah road.
3. You do not need to translate your Iqama, its not asked anywhere.
