claiming work experience from my own companies

Hello everyone,
I have 4 businesses a perfumes retail business, tailoring business, data entry service business and a grocery.
I need your guidance on how to claim experience from these businesses? as these are small businesses and I manage everything and I have one or two staff in each business working for me.

I don't qualify for investor program and I want to apply as FSW if possible.

If you registered your company then you can claim, else its not possible.
