Problems with WES

Hello to you all!
I and my girlfriend sent our documents to WES in one time. They have assessed and accepted our both documents. But while my evaluation has been completed, in her profile it is stated that her evaluation is on hold (we are waiting for your documents) and in a pending step it is Processing documents.
We cant understand are we required of doing something or not? WES has not reached to her and/ок asked for doing anything but the fact that my evaluation is completed and her not is very strange.
Was anybody in the same situation? Should we be worried?

No worries, Did you check the courier tracking number on their website whether they have received it or not?

No worries, Did you check the courier tracking number on their website whether they have received it or not?

Yes, they got and accepted our document nearly month ago. They had been avaluating our diplomas until my report was sent to me and that strange status appeared on my girlfriend’s profile.
But this situation has resolved. They change her profile status to final review, although the have not answered any e-mail or tweets. Hope that they will send her document soon.
