Police clearance

I am currently in india, but I did my schooling in Dubai till 2004. Then came to india to study dentistry. Should I get a police clearance from Dubai embassy as well? Cause it's 14 yrs and I have never gone back to dubai since.

Technically they should not required.... but...
Just keep it handy... arrange this letter close to the time you will be submitting your PR application after receiving an ITA or invitation.
Dubai PCC have a validity of 3 months

you dont need it as you only need it for countries lived in the past 10 yrs. its a waste of time to get one.

Since you were residing in Dubai, during the pre-EmiratesID era, I am not sure that you will get the PCC if you are applying via Dubai Police website as they may not have your bio metrics (fingerprints) captured.
An alternate to this would be to apply through some agencies who can run the process for you.
I just googled and found once such company: http://www.indiafingerprinting.com/uae-pcc.html. I am not sure about the authenticity of this organization, you may need to do some research before applying through them.

Oh is it... I just wanna be sure is there a way to find out if it's necessary in my case. A form of contact with the canada pr team?
