Does your designation matter if you were employed as a trainee?

Hi Guys,

I worked from 2012-2013. During this time for the first 3 months I was hired as a Temp. Trainee and then promoted to Jr. Project Engineer role. During trainee period i was working full time with the same salary as the project engineer. Will I have to justify that the 3 month trainee period will not come under apprenticeship or internship?

What does your reference letter say?
@navinball ....I am having problems getting a letter with my job duties on it. My project invigilator says he doesn't remember my job duties so he can't give me one. I can get one from my colleague who has resigned recently from the placed I worked. I do have relieving letters and joinig letter with me. And may be I can get some bank statements. Also the current website of the place has my name mentioned in past employee page. What other documents do I need to get from my colleague to prove I have worked with him, he was kind of my senior, but we had no hierarchy where we worked.

Have asked this as a seperate post here:

You need proof that your colleague worked at that company, maybe his company id card or some of his pays lips etc
