i'm so surprised how fast it was! I had put in my mind 10 days to wait for this... I can't believe!! hahahaha

Like buses I guess, wait ages for one then 3 come along at once!

We are 12 days after you so looking at your timeline I wonder does this mean my wife wont be getting the RCMP fingerprint request as would surely of been asked for by now? we will be disappointed if we dont see a flurry of activity like you did over the next 1-2 weeks!

August 18th here, just got AIP! How long typically are people waiting for DM?

typically can be like 2-3 Days but could take longer

I don't think at this point she would be requested to do fingerprints anymore!

Just hoping we start seeing some movement soon, it's weird like you know it must be coming soon but then over 2 weeks ago I was seeing people from August 17th post updates but then it seemed to stall, so good to see someone from August 18th post today about AIP so hopefully will be a new batch of us with updates soon!

YEYYYY!! Landing letter just came in!!! I wasn't expecting so fast like that! Dm on friday and today landing letter in Montreal! I can go to do my landing anytime from today!!!

Finally all this is over!!! I'm probably going tomorrow to do it!

No i'm still waiting for DM but have had problems in the past with emails not being sent to me. Just wanted to know what to expect

I'm officially a Permanent Resident as of now! August 17th 2017 applicant!

Questions were:
Do you have any kids?
Last Entry to Canada?
Have you committed a crime or were refused entry at any point?

Advice: Go an hour early as it is a number system. Also have your temporary SIN number with you if you have one (to get your new SIN right away) at the next window. Also have proof of address (other than CIC paper).

If ever in doubt call them, if i hadn't I would have never known that I had an landing interview today as they sent it to the wrong email address!

Hey, your DM letter is the letter that informed you the process has been completed, and an Immigration office will contact you soon, etc. right?

I got my DM letter on July 6, and saw a few people have been sent the invitation letter for interview! Especially your case is 3 days!

Yep, I never actually received an invitation letter though but knew about the interview before I even got the DM letter because I called them. I did see the DM made on eCAS almost about 2 weeks ago though.
