Hi I received a disturbing letter from CIC requesting for more information. Please check the ADR and advise, one of the reference letter did not contain my salary information. if anyone can reply as soon as possible that would be great

"I am in the process of assessing your application for permanent residence in Canada and I am unable to determine that you meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

Subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act states that a person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires.

You have been granted until 14 July, 2018, to upload the following documents to your MyCIC account:
- Payslips for the last 6 months
- Bank statements for last 6 months clearly highlighting salary deposits
- Description of your job duties (on company letterhead)
- Any additional duties you may wish to provide in support of evidencing your employment"

This is pretty straight forward. Is it that you cannot provide the requested documents?

I already did provided everything except the salary slips and bank deposits. I can not provide the same experience letter. Company issued it according to their own requirements and submitted it with roles and responsibilities.

You don’t get pay slips from your company? Does your salary go into your account?
