NOC no objection certificate for army for EE

Nobody could clear this to me. I'm am Indian army officer. My wife being principal applicant & me secondary. Do i need No objection certificate from my army? (noc) Do i need it or not? Do i need it even wen im in not main applicant

If you are the secondary applicant then you do not need any NOC from your department.
