My name is Julius.

I recently applied to Express Entry after I had carefully in the past check all requirements and has gathered all documents. Now that I believed I already meet the requirement the response I get after I filled it is it does not seem you are eligible for express entry.

Though I do not have family member in Canada or Canadian work experience . My wife does not as well. But I have

A master program and have been evaluated by recognized body in Canada.

I also have my English test from recognized English language body. I had CLB7 in all.

I had more than two years work experince in the last 10 years and more than 4 years work experience in the last five years.

I am 39 years old. And after filling the EE it still indicate I am not eligible. Must I have family member or study in Canada before I can migrate, I have seen people in similar situation without family member relocate to Canada through the same mean. Why is it still saying I am not eligible . Please I need urgent comprehensive answer . I am confused . Though I have check the requirement in the intended province and I can see I meet with their requirement but I must creat a profile first on federal EE before I can apply . Please I need help

Thanks

What number did you show for the proof of funds ?
Is your IELTS still valid ?

You profile becomes ineligible for a number of reasons such as:
-language score expired or has not met the required band
-funds availability
-no work or less than 1 yr continuous experience in NOC 0, A B

Based on your post it seems you do not score 67 points. Here is breakdown of your score in six selection factors-

Language- CLB 7 (4 modules) --------------------------- = 16
Education ECA- Masters ---------------------------------- = 23
Experience (6 years or more) ----------------------------- = 15
Age (39 years old) ------------------------------------------- = 8
Arranged employment in Canada --------------------- = 0
Adaptability(spouse language/Canadian relatives) = 0

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Total = 62

You need 67 points to qualify for express entry. You can get 5 adaptability points if your spouse appears for English/French language test and score minimum CLB 4 in all. Alternatively you can improve your language ability and score up to CLB 9 in all sections to be able to claim up to 24 points for first language ability. So there is 8 potential points to claim. Please check for details here-

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/federal-skilled-workers/six-selection-factors-federal-skilled-workers.html

By the way being eligible for Express Entry does not guarantee an ITA. To get an ITA you must be among the Top ranked candidates in Express Entry Pool. Please learn about how an applicant is ranked here-

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/criteria-comprehensive-ranking-system.html

Good Luck!

You need to check your profile on the basis of 67 points out of 100 to be eligible.
Check this link and calculate accordingly, if you are 67 and above you are eligible else it says ineligible.

Thanks for the reply , but that will make me only qualify as a federal skilled worker. What is I intend to go through the province. For example my province indicate I must meet up with at least 60points out of 100 and I already made that

Thanks for the reply, I am very aware but what I am saying is even if I am not eligible for federal , I am very sure I meet the provincial requirement but the only problem I have is I have to apply through Federal but federal is saying I am not eligible to be in the pool

My friend this is a common misunderstanding that many people have. Every single applicant in express entry must meet the minimum FSW requirement to create express entry profile. For most of the provinces you must have an Express Entry profile to be eligible to apply. Even though saskatchewan needs only 60 points which is pretty lower than 67 eligibility points but still you must meet EE requirements and create an EE profile to apply through Express Entry.

Hope you understand!

Your eligibility for express entry is based on minimum 67 points. Your provincial nomination will add up to your crs scores if you are eligible for EE.
You can try to increase your scores through ielts for you and your spouse.
That can easily add up to 67.
Don't loose hope and try your best.

Okay so IELTS is ruled out.. if I go by your statement that CLB 7 in all tests

Funds availability that you have quoted above is for a family of how many ?

Regarding your work experience which skill type does it conforms too 0 A B ?

My work experience is NOC 0
