Education History dates in Express Entry

Hi All,
Hope everyone doing well.
I am creating my express entry profile and got stuck in question in section of "Education History"

I am an Engineering Graduate and have done ECA too.

Following questions I found bit confusing

1) Since what year ?
Are they asking start date of my first year of Engineering or End start of my final year of Engineering ?

2) This is my current study ?
I am working for past 10 years and not studying anymore so should i mark yes or no ? But i am practising job in my field of study.

3) Complete/full academic years ?
Should i put 4 years as of my Engineering study or 16 years of my total academic years right from my primary school till Engineering graduation ?.
Just to update i have already submitted one profile before but it found to be "Ineligible" and i mentioned as 4 years in full academic years.

Can anyone please help to resolve my queries asap.

So about number 3 what is ur opinion.. 4 years (only degree) or 16 years (whole life study)
