Hi everyone hope all is well with you all. Need a quick advice. Currently just got a procedural fairness letter regarding my acceptance letter from a university that I applied for that i submitted through an agent. However upon receiving the letter I acted immediately by contacting the school for the original acceptance letter issued out by the school in which I submitted back to the embassy within the time frame given to me by the embassy. Currently now waiting for a response. Pls does anyone have an idea the chances of it being successful?
Would appreciate a feedback. Thank you very much.

It's hard to comment without knowing the full details of the procedural fairness letter.

Specifically, the letter of acceptance (LoA) dated March 13, 2018 you submitted from University of Regina has been found to be fraudulent.

Please note that if it is found that you have engaged in misrepresentation in submitting your application for a temporary resident visa, you may be found to be inadmissible under section 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. A finding of such inadmissibility would render you inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years according to section 40(2)(a):

So it sounds like the first LOA you submitted was a copy? If that's the case and you have now submitted the original provided directly by the university - then you should be in good shape. It's strange they thought the first letter was a fake. There must have been a reason for that.

Yh exactly I was really shocked when I received the letter. when I contacted the school they sent me a more elaborate acceptance letter that was issued out to me in which was different to the copy given to me by the agent when submitting. Could this factor be the reason for the suspicion? The fact the copy submitted was as elaborate as the original? For the mere fact that the school was able to confirm I had been accepted from the school and sent me a copy of the original I have good faith that all should be well. Still trying to understand why they would assume the copy submitted to be fraudulent. I have been disturbing the agent that helped me attain the letter to give me valid reasons as to why they should assume it to be
Fraudelent.

Just hoping all will be well with it

Again please quick question shouldn't the embassy as normal proticol procedures contact the school if there is any suspicions of this kind and nature?

Please does anyone know how long it takes for the embassy to respond back to a procedural fairness letter?
Typically several weeks to several months. Agreed there's no set time.

Confused, what does it mean first LOA was a copy? Arent all LOAs just pdf print outs anyway? By original do you mean they sent you a physical letter?

Was the information on these 2 letters the same?

It's really a long story but to be precise as I can the LoA that I received from the school was three letters stating it to be a conditional acceptance letter in which I have to undergo a English programme for a year or so at the university of Regina. However the letter the agent gave me to submit on the very day of submission was a single letter with a reciept of the amount paid. The letter submitted wasn't as elaborate as the one the school sent me after calling them.
Trying to really understand what exactly has been found fraudelent on the LoA submitted. Again when I spoke to the school it was confirmed that an acceptance fee was paid however not all of the money that I sent to my agent was confirmed paid to the school by the staff I spoke to from the university.
I really don't know what to do right now. Can someone pls give me advice?
When I received the procedural fairness letter I contacted the school and explained everything to them in which they sent me a copy of the loA issued out from them to send to the embassy.
Currently waiting for a response. Wish me all the best

In the LoA you submitted did it state the conditional nature of the LoA? Did it have all the correct info etc?
