I am having 8 years of experience as IBM DB2 database administrator(NOC 2172), so wondering which province should be the best choice. Any suggestions?

Mainstream IT would be typically ON, BC, QC in that order. Other provinces will have job offers as well but these would be your top 3 picks. Of course, Quebec would be a great place to live in if you could learn more than a little French.

Asivad, does BC accepts candidates in PNP without job offer? I reviewed there PNP document for express entry and it says that we need to have a offer letter from BC employer?

They do require a job offer but I was responding to the generic question of which provinces to look at for IT professionals.

I have 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Apps DBA (NOC 2172) and I would like to know which PNP is better to get job.

Unfortunately, NOC 2172 is not in demand in Sinp and nsp. As of now, I'm in process of creating EE with crs 423. Please let me know if my skills is enough to get job in Canada or do I have to do anyother course??

ah ok, create your profile. maybe you will get an interest from a province. maybe age has not been kind to your crs score. look for a reputable online masters degree.
