Eligibility after 3 years of work experience in multiple NOCs

Greetings,

I am an electronics engineer having 2 years of work experience in NOC 2133. Now i am switching to a new job in same industry but different role and different company, business development lead (don't know the NOC). So can i claim points after 1 year for 3 years work experience considering i have experience of 2 years in 2133 and 1 year in new role?

Secondly, I have calculated my points on FSW scale and its 70 now. But on express entry crs calculator its 409, so what are the chances of getting PR within this year or next year?

Yes, if your NOC is skill type 0, A or B then you'd have 3 years of work experience for CRS purposes.

Unlikely (if not impossible) to get a direct ITA with that score at this point in time.

So i should register my profile now or wait for 1 year and then submit profile once i have 3 years work experience?
As in FSW, 2-3 years work experience has same points.
