OINP restriction - at least 1 year work experience in the past 5 years

Dear Experts,

Appreciate if you could guide here. I just read the point 5 in below thread is says.

Note 5: You should have at least 1 year work experience in the past 5 years from the date you get PT notification.

I left my last job in relevant NOC in September 2013 , so do i stand a chance to apply for OINP or not ? Also in between i worked for a temporary poistion for 5 month in another NOC code.

Appreciate your reply or please share link where i can find more details.

you left the primary noc job in sept 2013 so in the past 5 yrs you only have 3 months of exp in the noc. that makes you ineligible

you need 1 year experience in the past 5 yrs. what other exp do you have?

In between i did a job for 13 months but it was with a smaller firm and left it with not a great term so no proof on paper
