EE ineiligbility

Hi,

I seem to have a score of 76 but have received Ineligible response from CIC. What could be the reason? Funds also meet/exceed the requirement given in the site. Any guidance? Please let me know.

Work Exp: More than 10 years
Age:39
NOC category: A, Software engineer
Canadian education and work experience: nil

Additional: Spouse’s sister is Canadian citizen
