what would i do if i email as not sent to me after qualification from the expression of interest

• Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 32 who were invited directly by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative
• Ranking score of lowest-ranked candidate invited: 639

• Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 217 who have:
  • a close relative residing in Manitoba or past education or work experience in Manitoba;

My Score was 702. I have not receive any email from July 6th Draw. I am kinda out of place no knowing how to go about it. pls advise
