Or do we need to combine all degrees/marksheets in one pdf and upload that. Only one document is allowed here.

One more question related to documents

- None of my employers are ready to give me employment letter on company letter head, listing the responsibilities. They are ready to provide all other details, but not responsibilities. Did you face this? Any alternative?

Try convincing them first, If still they disagree, you should have this mentioned in an email transaction that Employer denied for reference letter.

Then, you can get a reference letter printed on a blank paper signed by your colleague. Should attach ID card of your colleague as well with his contact details.

That's your call. Ideally should not be notarized. However, there are a lot of members in this forums will suggest you do it.
