CRS calculation help requied

Hi,
My IELTS GT score is 7.
L-7.5,
R-8,
S-7,
W-6
With B.E degree and more than 4+wrk exp along with spouse IELTS score, I calculated my CRS and it is not even crossing 400. Could anyone suggest with less than 400 CRS, should i apply for EE? And any suggestions on how to get extra points to increase CRS.

apply and try to increase score by increasing ielts to 8+. you can always update your profile.

So i can apply for EE now and suppose i reappear for IELTS after a month or two and i will be able to update my same profile?

Yes you can update it any number of times. Improving your IELTS to CLB 9 will give you atleast a score of 430+.
