Same is the case with my parents too. They had also applied online on 18th May, and still no progress yet.

eligibility start on 11 June
on 14 June i got mail from CIC state your original application has been cancelled for some administrative reason and cic account also showing it cancelled. till today i have no mail or no decision they said we will send you Decision on you e mail which you provide in application.
travel date in 15 july.
