No as I hv submitted updated PCC after expiry of my initial PCC.

BTW, also got my pre arrival letter now.

AOR: 20-07-17
FT: 06-09-17

However after a long sleep since the FT, Today (07-07-18) CIC woke up and they sent me a Pre-Arrival Service Mail.

Now, what should I interpret by this mail? What does it mean? Will I get MR soon or not?

Amazing! CIC woke up & give you Pre-Arrival Service Mail, In my case they give me Pre-Arrival Service Mail on 28th April & again gone to a long sleep since than.

May be they didn't wake up while sending you the pre-arrival mail, that was something like sleepwalking.
