Adding new born baby

hi all
I’m new here I need some guidance
I have applied for immigration to Canada through Express entry process
And I received the invitation couples of months back and I have uploaded all the required documents of me and my wife
As we were expecting a baby my wife’s X - ray was on hold so the whole process was on hold
Now we are blessed with baby girl and my wife is done with the X-ray through CIC registered clinic and I have requested IRCC grant is the access to add baby and pay the fees for the baby as our 90 days time was over on 25 th July
Kindly explain how many days IRCC will take to reply and will there be any problem as the time period of 90 days was already over .

Did you file PR application? If yes, then do not worry, just raise a CSE and upload your kid's passport and birth certificate.
If you have not filed PR application yet, get the kids documents faster and apply.
